Portfellow Referral Program Terms and Conditions
The Portfellow Referral Program (“Program”) is designed to reward you (“you”, “your”, or “referrer”) for recommending Portfellow to friends and acquaintances who sign up for Portfellow (“referee”). The Program also rewards your friends by offering them a discount on their first subscription.
These Terms and Conditions form a binding agreement between you and Portfellow and govern your participation in the Program. If you do not fully agree to these terms, you are not authorized to participate in the Program.
1. How does the program work?
- You can share your unique referral link or discount code from https://app.portfellow.com/settings/invite.
- When a referee signs up through your link and completes their first paid subscription, they will receive a 10% discount on their first purchase (whether it is a monthly or annual plan).
- You will receive €10 in Portfellow credit for each person who successfully subscribes through your referral link.
- The credit will be added to your account 10 days after the referee completes their subscription payment.
2. Additional terms
- Credits can be used to reduce your monthly or annual Portfellow fee but cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred.
- If your Portfellow account is closed, any unused credits will be lost.
- If the referee is already a Portfellow user, neither you nor the referee are eligible for rewards under this Program.
- Referrals generated through scripts, bots, or any automated process will be deemed invalid.
- Portfellow is not responsible for lost or delayed referrals due to technical issues.
- Referral rewards may be subject to taxation based on applicable tax laws. You are responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes.
- Portfellow reserves the right to modify or terminate this Program at any time.
- Portfellow reserves the right to void any credits or discounts obtained through activities that do not align with the spirit of the Program (e.g., mass distribution of referral links as spam).
