Portfellow Product Updates: New transactions import and approval flow, introducing mapping rules

Over the past month we’ve continued improving Portfellow. Here are the biggest updates:

⚡ New "Quick Actions" button in the header

We've added a convenient new green "+ Add" button to the top navigation bar. It’s now much easier and faster to find exactly where to add new investments, accounts, manual transactions, or import data.

📥 New and faster import and approval flow

We’ve made importing and reviewing transactions much smoother. New product design which makes reviewing transactions easier and quicker. We have put a lot of focus on making the whole flow quicker for Portfellow users.

If you upload your data and all the entries are correct, you can now confirm the entire flow with just a single click. We’ve also applied this exact same seamless confirmation logic to transactions coming in through automatic connections!

⚙️ Smarter Mapping Rules management

You now have access to a brand new custom and automatic mapping rules management page (found under the "Tools" menu).

This will add massive value by speeding up and automating the process of matching transactions to correct instruments. The system is smart - any custom rule you create takes absolute priority and works its magic before the system even tries to suggest a match.
