Here's what's new this month:
1. New investment performance report
We've launched a brand-new investment performance report that lets you track the returns of your individual investments across any time period. Whether you want to analyze performance over the past week, month, or a custom date range, the insights are now just a few clicks away.
2. Future Cash Flow Report: now with intervals
We've added interval options to the future cash flow report. You can now view and compare different transaction types across monthly, quarterly, or yearly intervals — helping you plan ahead with greater accuracy.
3. Annualized returns for fairer comparisons
You asked, we listened. In addition to cumulative returns, you can now view your portfolio or asset-level performance as annualized returns. This is especially useful for newer investments, giving you a more accurate and fair way to compare performance across assets with different holding periods.
4. Connect your EU bank accounts automatically
We're excited to announce that Portfellow now supports automatic connections to most major EU banks and financial institutions, including Wise, Revolut, and Stripe. This makes syncing your transactions even easier.

6. Real estate just got more flexible
Our real estate tracking features keep improving! You can now link multiple loans to a single property, making it easier to reflect your actual financing structure.
